If you are having problems with NetScope the support team may ask you to send a NetScope diagnostic file. To do this follow these steps:
Log into NetScope through the web user interface. If you are running a version of NetScope 2.0-105 or greater then follow the instructions here:
- Click the ‘Configuration’ from the top menu.
- Select ‘System’ from the left hand menu.
- Click ‘Next’.
- Select ‘Download Diagnostic’ from the drop-down menu.
- Click ‘Save’. Save the file to your computer.
Send this diagnostic file to support@netscope.com.au
If you are running NetScope 2.0.98 or below your screen will look slightly different, follow these instructions.
- Click on ‘System’ from the top menu.
- Click on ‘System’ from the left-hand side menu.
- Click ‘Next’.
- Click on ‘Diagnostic’. A file will download, save it to your computer.
