NetScope comes with the ability to alert you if there are network conditions that are undesirable. Such network conditions might include:
- Your network becoming saturated with data (which might indicate abnormal upload/download activity, or virus activity).
- Your network showing less data than you would expect (which may indicate that your link is down, or running very slowly).
- Unusual network patterns (such as regular spiking traffic that floods your network).
