This view describes the round-trip time of each traffic flow from sending the packet to receiving confirmation that the packet has arrived safely. This information gives you a good idea of how quick or slow your network is. The larger the round-trip time the larger the delay your users will experience on your network.

A round trip time that exceeds 500 ms becomes very tedious in applications such as Citrix, Remote Desktop or a cloud-based CRM. If you are seeing delays of larger than this time on an important application then you need to consider implementing QOS policies (which is a NetScope feature) to reduce this latency.
